In this first video, "Millennials in the Workplace", the video takes a satirical view on what millennials believe they are entitled to when working. The video is making fun of the common stereotypes that millennials are subjected to, and they are shown as lazy, and even stupid sometimes, as with the example of time. The title of this post is from the end of the video, where it was shown at the bottom for a second or two. This quote is rude to the millennials, even if the video itself is satirical. Believing that we are pets because we find different ways to do things that don't meet their exact quota's is wrong.
The second video acts like a backslash to the first video. While the first video trashed millennials, mostly by the Baby Boomers (and maybe a one or two Gen Xers) the second video is all millennials who are taking the offensive against Baby Boomers. They talk about how it was the baby boomers that put them in the situation in the first place, and that if they should be blaming anyone, its themselves. Just because we do things differently now does not make us stupid or lazy.
Both of these videos displayed their message clearly, with the first taking a satirical approach and the second taking a mix of satire/condescending. Their messages were passing blame between generations, which is childish from both sides, to be honest. If people spent more time working together instead of insulting other generations, we could be getting more done.
